Your Policy
MMS provides a variety of policies and depending on the type of cover you have purchased you may be able to adapt the cover as your circumstances change. This can include altering the benefit amount, the excess period and the commitments you want to cover. Changes may affect the premium but not keeping your policy up to date may affect your ability to make a claim.
We will confirm the details of your cover on an annual basis by writing to you but please note that premiums are collected on a monthly basis. We will inform you when we will collect your insurance premium and for each month that a Direct Debit is honoured your cover will automatically renew.

Making a Claim

MMS does everything it can to ensure that all claims are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. Where information is required from third parties (such as a former employer or your GP) we will keep you informed of progress and may, if necessary, ask you to contact them yourself to speed the process up.

It is important that you contact our Claims Team promptly so that we can deal with your claim swiftly and fairly.
